Binance App Wallet Page: A Complete Guide

The Wallet page is your control center for managing all your digital assets. This guide breaks down every functional module on the Binance App's Wallet page so you always know exactly where your assets stand.

Accessing the Wallet Page

Tap the "Wallet" icon on the far right of the bottom tab bar to enter. The page loads very quickly in testing — even if you hold dozens of different coins, it opens almost instantly.

Asset Overview Section

The top of the Wallet page is the Asset Overview section — the most important information module on the entire page.

Total Asset Value: Displays the total value of all your accounts in your chosen fiat currency (USDT by default). This number is calculated in real time and fluctuates with coin prices.

Eye Icon: Next to the total asset figure is an eye icon. Tap it to hide the numbers, replacing them with "****". This is particularly useful when using the app in public settings — the toggle response is instantaneous.

Today's Profit/Loss: Below the total asset value, you will see your P&L for the current day, both as an amount and as a percentage. Green indicates profit; red indicates a loss. This figure is calculated relative to the value at midnight of the current day.

Fiat Currency Toggle: Tap the currency symbol next to the total asset figure to switch the display unit. Options include USDT, BTC, USD, EUR, and other currencies. Tested to recalculate instantly after switching.

Quick Action Bar

Below the Asset Overview is a row of quick action buttons:

Deposit: One tap takes you to the deposit page, where you select a coin and network to get your deposit address.

Withdraw: Opens the withdrawal flow, where you enter the recipient address, select a network, and specify the amount.

Transfer: Moves funds between Binance's different sub-accounts, such as from a Spot Account to a Futures Account. Testing confirmed transfers are instant and carry no fees.

Buy: A quick entry point for purchasing cryptocurrency using a credit card, bank transfer, or other payment methods.

These four buttons cover the core operations of day-to-day asset management, and the layout is logically arranged.

Account Categories

Below the quick action bar is a list of account categories. Binance uses a multi-account structure where each type of activity has its own dedicated account.

Spot Account

The Spot Account is the most fundamental account and holds your spot trading assets. Tapping into it shows each coin's quantity, estimated value, and P&L.

The list is sorted by value from high to low by default, but you can switch the sort order. Each coin has quick action buttons on the right — Deposit, Withdraw, and Trade.

A very practical feature discovered during testing: you can enable a "Hide small balances" toggle to hide coins whose value falls below a certain threshold, keeping the list clean and uncluttered.

Futures Account

Displays the balances, unrealized P&L, margin ratios, and other key data for your USD-M and COIN-M Futures accounts. Futures traders can get a clear picture of all their positions at a glance.

Earn Account

Shows your holdings in Binance Earn products, including flexible savings, fixed-term savings, and DeFi staking. Each product displays the annualized yield and the interest accumulated to date.

Funding Account

The Funding Account is primarily used for C2C (P2P) trading and Binance Pay. If you buy cryptocurrency through P2P, the funds arrive in this account first.

Other Accounts

There are also Margin Accounts, Pool accounts, and others, which will appear depending on which services you have activated.

Fund Transfer Feature in Detail

The transfer function is one of the most frequently used operations in Binance's multi-account system, and it deserves a closer look.

After tapping the "Transfer" button, the interface is very clean and straightforward:

  1. Select direction: Which account to transfer from, and which to transfer to — for example, "Spot Account → Futures Account"
  2. Select coin: Choose the coin you want to transfer
  3. Enter amount: Enter the transfer quantity; the available balance is displayed below
  4. Confirm: Tap Confirm to complete the transfer

Key observations from testing:

  • Instant delivery — no waiting required
  • No fees of any kind
  • Supports two-way transfers; the direction can be swapped with a single tap
  • Supports all coins available on the platform

Deposit Flow Experience

The steps after tapping "Deposit" on the Wallet page:

  1. Select coin: Search for or choose the coin you want to deposit from the list
  2. Select network: This step is critical. Different networks correspond to different deposit addresses. The system shows each network's name and estimated arrival time
  3. Get address: The system generates a deposit address and QR code, which you can copy or save
  4. Minimum deposit: The page shows the minimum deposit amount for the coin — deposits below the minimum may not be credited

Tip: Selecting the wrong network is the most common mistake. Always make sure the network you deposit on matches the network you withdraw from on the sending platform. Binance displays a clear warning at this step, but beginners are still advised to double-check every time before depositing.

Withdrawal Flow Experience

The withdrawal flow includes a few more security verification steps than depositing:

  1. Select coin: Search for or choose the coin you want to withdraw
  2. Enter address: Paste the withdrawal address, or select one from your address book
  3. Select network: Same as with deposits — select the correct network
  4. Enter amount: Enter the withdrawal quantity; the system automatically calculates the fee and the amount the recipient will receive
  5. Security verification: Multiple verifications are required, including email code, SMS code, and Google Authenticator

The risk controls on the withdrawal page are thorough — if the system detects a potentially suspicious address, it pops up an additional risk warning. The multi-step verification adds a little friction, but it is a necessary measure for protecting your assets.

Convert Small Balances

The Wallet page has a hidden feature: converting small balances to BNB.

To find it: Wallet page → three-dot menu in the upper-right corner → "Convert to BNB" or "Convert Small Balances".

This feature lets you convert all those tiny scattered balances in your account into BNB with a single tap. Testing found that a very wide range of coins is supported — nearly every coin listed on Binance is eligible. The conversion rate is based on current market prices, with no additional fees.

This is an extremely practical feature for clearing out those irritatingly low-value residual positions that clutter your account.

Asset Analysis Features

The Wallet page also provides an asset analysis view with a portfolio distribution chart and historical asset change curves.

  • Portfolio distribution: A pie chart showing the proportion of each coin relative to total assets
  • Asset trend: A line chart showing total asset changes over the past 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days
  • P&L analysis: Shows the unrealized and realized P&L for each coin

These analytical tools are very valuable for long-term investors, offering an intuitive way to understand the state of your portfolio.

Overall Assessment

The Wallet page in the Binance App is extremely comprehensive, covering everything from basic deposit and withdrawal operations to advanced asset analytics. The multi-account structure adds a slight learning curve, but it provides much more granular control over your funds.

The most praiseworthy aspect is the transfer feature's instant settlement and zero-fee design, which dramatically reduces the friction of managing multiple accounts. If you are a new user, start by getting comfortable with the basic Spot Account operations — explore the other accounts as you need them.
